1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AeroSIM mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by AeroSIM Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
AeroSIM is an eSIM marketplace that allows you to purchase data plans for international travel. We are a technology platform and reseller, not a telecommunications carrier. eSIM plans are fulfilled by third-party network providers. Coverage, speeds, and availability depend on local carrier infrastructure.
3. Eligibility
- The Service is open to users of all ages. If you are under 13, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to create an account and use the Service.
- Your device must support eSIM functionality. By downloading the app, you confirm your device is eSIM-compatible.
- You are responsible for ensuring the plans you purchase are compatible with your destination and device.
4. Accounts
- You may create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email and password.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- One account per person. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Purchases, Payments & Refunds
- All prices are displayed in the currency selected within the app and include applicable service fees.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe and Apple Pay. AeroSIM does not store your full credit card details.
- eSIM plans are digital goods. All purchases are final. Once an eSIM is purchased, it is non-refundable—whether activated or not.
- If an eSIM fails to install or activate due to a verified technical error on our end, you may contact support@aerosim.global and we will work to resolve the issue or, at our discretion, issue a replacement or credit.
6. AeroBucks Rewards
- AeroBucks are loyalty points earned on qualifying purchases.
- AeroBucks can be redeemed as credit toward future eSIM purchases within the app.
- AeroBucks have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the Service.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the AeroBucks program at any time.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit eSIM plans purchased through the Service.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or its backend systems.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
- Engage in fraudulent transactions or provide false account information.
8. Service Availability & Limitations
- Network coverage, speed (5G/LTE), and availability are provided by third-party carriers and may vary by location.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages, maintenance, and carrier issues may affect availability.
- Data speeds may be reduced after your plan’s data allowance is consumed, depending on the carrier.
9. Intellectual Property
The AeroSIM name, logo, app design, and all associated branding and content are the property of AeroSIM Inc., incorporated in the Province of Alberta, Canada. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.
10. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete Account). Account deletion permanently removes your profile, purchase history, AeroBucks balance, and all associated data. This action is irreversible.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AeroSIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of connectivity, carrier outages, or issues caused by third-party network providers.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta, Canada.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how AeroSIM Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our mobile application and related services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information:
- Email address (required for all account types)
- Full name (provided during email signup)
- Authentication provider (Apple, Google, or email)
Purchase Information:
- eSIM plan selections and order history
- Payment method type (card brand, last 4 digits — full card details are processed and stored exclusively by Stripe)
- AeroBucks balance and redemption history
Technical Information:
- Device type and operating system version
- App version
- IP address (collected by our backend infrastructure)
Information We Do NOT Collect:
- Location data — we do not request or access your device location
- Contacts, photos, camera, or microphone
- Advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking data
- Browsing history or usage analytics
3. How We Use Your Information
- Account Management: To create and maintain your account, authenticate your identity, and provide personalized service.
- eSIM Provisioning: To process your plan purchase, coordinate with network providers, and deliver your eSIM.
- Payment Processing: To process transactions securely through Stripe and Apple Pay.
- Customer Support: To respond to inquiries and resolve issues via email or in-app support.
- Service Improvement: To maintain, protect, and improve the Service.
4. Third-Party Services
We share the minimum necessary information with the following service providers:
- Supabase (United States) — Authentication and secure database hosting. Stores your account data with encryption at rest.
- Stripe (United States) — Payment processing. PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. AeroSIM never stores your full card number.
- Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In — OAuth authentication only. We receive your email and name; no additional data is shared.
- eSIM Network Providers — We share order details (plan selection, not personal data) with our eSIM fulfillment partners to provision your data plan.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for advertising, marketing, or any other purpose.
5. Data Storage & Security
- Your data is stored on Supabase servers in the United States, encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS/SSL).
- Authentication sessions are stored locally on your device.
- All communication between the app and our backend uses HTTPS encryption.
- Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe’s PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
6. Data Retention
- We retain your account data for as long as your account is active.
- When you delete your account, all personal data including your profile, purchase history, and AeroBucks balance are permanently deleted from our systems.
- Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by financial regulations.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app, or by contacting us.
- Data Portability: Request your data in a portable format.
- Opt-Out: California residents may opt out of the sale of personal information (note: we do not sell personal data).

8. Children’s Privacy
The Service is open to users of all ages. Users under the age of 13 must have verifiable parental or legal guardian consent before creating an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without such consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data without parental consent, please contact us at support@aerosim.global and we will delete it promptly.
9. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our service providers (Supabase, Stripe) are located. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
10. Cookies & Tracking
The AeroSIM mobile app does not use cookies, third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking. We do not participate in ad networks or share data with advertisers. The AeroSIM website (aerosim.global) does not use tracking cookies.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
